The 2004 EEO-1 Survey period is OPEN
The preferred method for completing the 2004 EEO-1 Survey is our web-based filing system. Online filing requires you to log in with an ID and password. This information is being sent directly to companies by mail during August, 2004. Benefits of online filing include:
- No Installation: The online form is totally web based. There is no Software to download or install.
- Data Reuse: As much as possible, information is pre-filled from the previous year to speed up data entry.
- Secure: Data is transferred over the internet using encryption, assuring your privacy.
- Historical Access: Access up to 10 years worth of EEO-1 data for your establishments.
The EEO-1 online filing application requires you to log in with a Login ID and Password. You may log into your company’s 2004 EEO-1 online database and key data immediately upon receipt of the Login ID and Password.
The filing deadline for the 2004 EEO-1 Survey is September 30, 2004.
