Secure Online Automated Recruiting System

EEOC's Secure Online Automated Recruiting System (SOARS) is a web based recruitment system that will permit EEOC employees and outside job seekers to apply for EEOC's jobs online. It will also electronically qualify, rate and rank job applicants. This means that applicants can view all of EEOC's job vacancies from any computer with an internet connection.

• EEOC's Attorney Honor Program focuses on recruiting and hiring third-year law students, full-time graduate law students, and judicial law clerks for permanent agency positions.
