The Regional Printing Center (East Asia Pacific) Manila is part of the Overseas Printing Division of the United States Department of State Multi-Media Services. For over 50 years, we have been providing Foreign Affairs agencies with an economical source for printing and graphic design with assurances for high quality and dependable worldwide delivery. RPC falls under the Working Capital Fund (WCF) accounting system and we offer cost-only competitive pricing to all authorized customers.

Today, we have two professional American Foreign Service Printing Specialists with advanced commercial and academic experience in computer graphics, networks, printing and finishing operations, production management, human resource management, and, of course — U.S. foreign policy. Together, the two officers have over 50 years of combined printing management experience.
