Partnerships

The Hablemos en Confianza and ¡Soy Unica! ¡Soy Latina! public education initiatives have been well received by Hispanic/Latino communities nationwide. Parents, educators, school administrators, service organizations, and community and political leaders have been instrumental in getting initiative materials into the hands of Hispanic/Latino families, community leaders, young children, and girls.

Partnering with direct service organizations is an effective way to extend our reach. Several national and grassroots organizations have partnered with us by announcing or distributing ¡Soy Unica! ¡Soy Latina! materials to their members, integrating them into their mentoring, educational counseling, and leadership programs, highlighting www.soyunica.gov on their Web sites, and spreading the word about these high quality, bilingual, culturally appropriate, free materials!

Individuals from around the country, and sometimes from around the world, have expressed their appreciation for these initiatives and have made tremendous contribution to their communities by getting involved. The Getting Involved section offers many ways for you to bring the Hablemos en Confianza and ¡Soy Unica! ¡Soy Latina! public education initiative materials to your school or community.
