What is the European Banking & Insurance Fair?
The European Banking & Insurance Fair is the leading European show for banks, insurances and information technology. Exhibitors include hard and software products, security products and financial services. European Banking Conference is held concurrently with opportunities to present at workshops.

The U.S. Commercial Service in Frankfurt, Germany (CS Frankfurt), has helped a number of US firms who do a great business in Europe thanks to this fair.

You have 3 participation options, we are sure one may need your needs:

1. Product Literature Center in USA Pavilion

Your company is new to market and will have no representative at the EBIF. The U.S. Commercial Service takes care of everything for you.

2. USA Satellite Booth for Companies with Representatives Attending

You have a representative at the EBIF and would like a full service package booth with the full support of the U.S. Commercial Service.

3. Standard Exhibitor Booth

You do not require close support from the U.S. Commercial Service and would like to arrange your booth directly with the trade authorities.

Product Literature Center

The U.S. Commercial Service's office in Frankfurt has made special arrangements with the event organizers to host a Product Literature Center at the European Banking Technology Fair, where for $400 we will display the catalogs and promotional materials of selected U.S. companies. Our PLC will be staffed by experienced Commercial Service personnel, who will respond to inquiries on your company's behalf and provide you with a list of screened business contacts after the event.

Satellite Booths adjacent to the PLC and enjoying full support from CS Frankfurt are available at a reduced, all-inclusive price (Scroll down to the next participation option "Satellite Booth").

USA Satellite Booth for Companies with Representatives

The U.S. Commercial Service offers U.S. companies which, are able to send a representative to the European Banking & Insurance Fair, a reduced rate on USA Satellite Booths, across the aisle of the U.S. Product Literature Center. The Satellite Booth enables U.S. exhibitors to benefit from the proximity to qualified U.S. Commercial Service staff. They are a great option for companies which are able to provide their own company representation at the fair while still benefiting from the personal attention and services provided by our CS PLC.

Standard Exhibitor Booth

The standard exhibitor booth space rental costs less than the satellite booth option per square meter, and enables companies to take as much space as they need to present their products and services and locate their booth within industry grouping layouts.


The cost for the minimum allowed booth (12 square meters) based on last year's price is: Approximately 3882 euros (4600 USD) with standards fittings (Space only is available at rate ranging from 151 EUR (180 USD) to 177 EUR (210 USD) per square meter, based on layout).
