DD2345 – Military Critical Technical Data Agreement:

To download documents that are designated as "export controlled," you must be certified as a U.S. or Canadian contractor by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) administered by the Defense Logistic Information Service (DLIS). To apply for this certification, you must submit form DD2345 (below). Instructions for completing the form are on the form itself.
