Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments for the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged public facilities):

Benson, Bottineau, Burke, Cavalier, Eddy, Grand Forks, Griggs, McHenry, Mountrail, Nelson, Pembina, Pierce, Ramsey, Renville, Steele, Towner, Traill, Walsh and Ward Counties, and the Spirit Lake and Turtle Mountain Indian Reservations.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

Benson, Cavalier, Grand Forks, Griggs, Nelson, Pembina, Ramsey, Steele, Traill, and Walsh Counties, Spirit Lake Indian Reservation, and all counties and the Tribal Reservations of the Three Affiliated Tribes, Spirit Lake Tribe, Standing Rock Sioux Tribe (that portion of the reservation that lies within the State of North Dakota), and the Turtle Mountain Band of the Chippewa in the State of North Dakota are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
