Adair, Adams, Allamakee, Appanoose, Audubon, Benton, Black Hawk, Boone, Bremer, Buchanan, Buena Vista, Butler, Calhoun, Cass, Cedar, Cerro Gordo, Chickasaw, Clay, Clayton, Clinton, Dallas, Davis, Delaware, Des Moines, Dubuque, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Greene, Grundy, Guthrie, Hamilton, Hancock, Henry, Hardin, Howard, Humboldt, Iowa, Jackson, Jasper, Jones, Johnson, Kossuth, Linn, Louisa, Lucas, Madison, Marshall, Mitchell, Monroe, Montgomery, Muscatine, Palo Alto, Pocahontas, Polk, Pottawattamie, Poweshiek, Sac, Scott, Shelby, Story, Tama, Wapello, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Webster, Winnebago, Winneshiek, Worth, and Wright Counties.

Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments for the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged public facilities):

Calhoun, Ida, Page and Sac Counties for Public Assistance. Debris removal and emergency protective measures (Categories A and B), including direct Federal assistance under the Public Assistance program for the counties of Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Cass, Cerro Gordo, Clayton, Delaware, Fayette, Hancock, Humboldt, Jones, Linn, Mitchell, and Pocahontas Counties.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All counties in the State of Iowa are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

Other:

Additional designations may be made at a later date after further evaluation.
