The independent cities of Colonial Heights and Richmond and the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover and Henrico.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All jurisdictions in the Commonwealth of Virginia are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
