Issues uniform procedures and standards for the review of discharges under the authority of DoD Directive 1332.41, Section 1553 of title 10, United States Code, and Section 5303 of title 38, United States Code. 2. Provides for public inspection, searching, and downloading of DRB decisional documents through the DoD Boards' Electronic Reading Room.
