Medicaid At-a-Glance 2003

The Medicaid At-a-Glance 2003 brochure provides general information regarding the Medicaid program's eligibility groups, mandatory state plan services, federal poverty level charts, and a chart which details the optional state plan services that states have elected to include under their plans and managed care waivers. It is important to note that the optional Medicaid services offered by each state are subject to change by the states. The services reflected on the chart are those optional state plan services that states have elected to include under their plans and managed care waivers as of September 2003. For additional information regarding state Medicaid plans, plan amendments, state waivers, and demonstration programs please refer to the "Resources" available through the Medicaid States and Territories Information page.
