Inquiry Policies: Inquiries posed to the CBIAC that require less than four technical labor-hours will be responded to free of charge. Should a charge be required, someone will contact you with a price estimate. Requests are accepted from U.S. Government agencies and their contractors, state and local governments, and emergency response agencies. The general public is encouraged to browse this site for information and take advantage of the links provided to related sites. However, due to the large volume of inquiries we receive from government agencies and their contractors, we regret that we will be unable to process individual requests for information.
