Notice for Air Force Military Pay and Travel Customers
Air Force active duty, reserve and Air National Guard members who have questions
or concerns about their military or travel pay must first address them to their
servicing finance office.
The local servicing finance office is the authorized source for information
concerning entitlement to pay and allowances, pay statement problems (to include
TD Forms W-2), specific dollar amount questions on allowances, etc. In order
to ensure a prompt and accurate response to concerns Air Force members should
contact their local finance office directly.
If the local finance office cannot help or for individuals that are at a
remote location and do not have access to finance services, please contact
the DFAS-Cleveland Center by calling toll-free 1-800-346-3374 by e-mail CCL-AIRFORCE@DFAS.MIL.
Some specific details on how to help us serve you better:
- When submitting a query to this address, please include the words AIR FORCE
RESERVE PAY INQUIRY: in the subject line and include full name, rank, SSN,
unit, location, phone number and e-mail address in the body of the note.
- If you are seeking items only available in hard copy, please provide your
