Notice for Army Military Pay Customers
Active duty, reserve or National Guard soldiers who have questions or concerns
about their military or travel pay must first address them to their
servicing finance offices, DMPOs or USPFOs.
The local military pay office is the best source for information concerning
pay and allowances, pay statement problems, specific dollar questions on allowances,
etc.
Questions the local servicing finance office can answer include:
- What is the BAQ entitlement for a member who is getting divorced and paying
child support?
- What is the VHA for an E-5 with dependents at this location?
- Why am I getting a no-pay-due this month?
- What is my net pay?
- How much is my allotment to my ex-spouse?, etc.
The local servicing finance office should be able to print LES forms locally.
If the local finance office cannot help or for individuals that are at a
remote location and do not have access to finance services, please contact
the DFAS-Indianapolis Center via e-mail at PAO.dfas-in@dfas.mil.
When submitting a query to this address, please include the words PAY QUERY:
in the subject line and include full name, rank, unit, location, phone number
and e-mail address in the body of the note.
