Enhancing Integrated Science

The Ecological Society of America, the Geological Society of America, and the U.S. Geological Survey are working together to develop strategies to enhance the conduct of integrated science. We believe that an integrated approach is necessary to understand how natural systems work and how they are regulated. We also believe strategies for accomplishing integrated science need codification, clarification, and amplification. The following is the result of a workshop, entitled "Enhancing Integrated Science," that was held in early November.
