PERS-4 MISSION STATEMENT

   Our mission is to take care of all Navy Officer and Enlisted personnel and their families, while meeting the personnel distribution needs of our Navy. We must assign all personnel in accordance with Navy directives and policies to meet both the needs of the Navy while striving to satisfy the professional and personal goals of the individual in a most responsive, courteous and service orientated manner.
