Application for Commission or Warrant Rank, US Navy or US Naval Reserve
You will be required to complete other Department of
the Navy documents to complete the initial application process which can
only be obtained from a Naval Officer Programs Recruiter. For example, you
will need to be able to verify employment over the last 3 years and you will
be required to submit a specific form (DD form 370) with your letters of
recommendation.
Schedule
an Interview with a Senior JAG Officer prior to submitting an application.
Provide all application forms and documents to a Naval Officer Program
Recruiter. Please submit your application as early as possible to allow
time for processing.
The Selection Board will only review applications
processed by a Recruiter.
