Memos to Agencies
This section has memos and letters to agency coordinators, and Directors of Personnel.

Finalists
This section has the list of Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Finalists by year, which can be sorted by Name, Agency or Appointment Status. In this section authorized users may also view and print Finalist resumes.

Agency Job Fair Information for Class of 2004
This section is provided for PMF Agency Coordinators who are interested in recruiting Finalists from the Class of 2004. Here agencies can obtain pertinent documents and relevant links such as the job fair participation form, job fair agency presentations form, job fair agenda, agency booth assignments, and other links found within this webpage.

Aggregate Appointments
This section has the PMF Appointments Report which shows by agency the aggregate number of PMFs projected for hiring, the number of PMFs actually hired, and the number of PMF appointment offers pending.

Training
This section has General Policies pertaining to training; information about Orientation and Graduation training sessions; guidance on producing the Individual Development Plan; plus training Vendors information; and pertinent training Forms.

Agency Coordinators
This section includes a listing of Agency Coordinators with contact information.

Agency Responsibilities
This section defines the roles and responsibilities of the Agency and the Agency Coordinators.

Relevant Forms
This section has the PMF Projected Positions System, the PMF Information Worksheet for Agency Coordinators and the Reimbursement for PMF Hires OPM Form 1616.

The PMF Projected Positions System is used by Agencies to add/edit and delete identified projected positions for PMF Finalists. The PMF Projected Positions System replaces the Handbook of Projected Positions.

The PMF Information Worksheet for Agency Coordinators is used to inform the PMF Program Office of changes to the PMF's agency information.

The Reimbursement for PMF Hires - Charge Card Payments is used for the same purpose as described for Reimbursement for PMF Hires - OPAC Billing (OPM Form 1616); however, a government charge card is used as the method of payment. These two forms are provided as Adobe Acrobat PDF files.
