Career Development Groups (CDGs) are applicable for the PMF Class of 2002 only. Action Learning Teams (ALTs) are under development to replace CDGs for the Class of 2003 Fellows and beyond. Pilot Teams are scheduled to launch in late spring of 2004. More information about ALTs can be found under the header and link below. Once the Class of 2002 Fellows graduates in December 2004, all references to CDGs will be with the Action Learning model.

CDG Activity Report Form
The CDG Activity Report Form is used by Career Development Groups (CDGs) to inform the PMF Program Office of the types of activities engaged in by their CDG which may be of interest to and shared with other CDGs.

Action Learning Teams (ALTs)
This section contains the Action Learning leadership development model for Fellows to begin in late spring of 2004. All Class of 2003 Fellows and beyond should go to this section for information regarding the ALT model rather than using the CDG model.
