MOTD

• The "Message of the Day" (MOTD) contains up-to-date system status information, scheduled downtimes, and important announcements.

IBM SP (Seaborg) Status and Statistics

Access to SP queue information is restricted to NERSC users. Users can find the web username/password by issuing the command module help WWW on Seaborg or PDSF.

• The SP Queue Look is a listing of the current batch queues on Seaborg. It is updated every 10 minutes.
• SP Completed Jobs contains LoadLeveler data for jobs that completed yesterday and before. The data includes job submission, wait, and run times.
• SP Job Statistics displays statistics for jobs run on Seaborg, including run and wait times, broken down by job size and submission class.
• SP poe+ Data shows job performance data for jobs that were run with the poe+ command.
• The Usage Statistics Pie Charts show usage by institution type and by scientific discipline.

PDSF Statistics

HPSS Statistics

• Mass Storage Statistics at NERSC includes bandwidth and transfer activity, storage trends, and breakdown of storage use by scientific discipline.

Network Statistics

• Network Statistics are collected every five minutes and reported as megabits per second of network traffic.

Availability Statistics

• Systems Availability Statistics.

Availability Log

• The Availability Log records sytem up and down times.
