All Annuitants and/or Workers
Question	What Internet services are currently offered by the RRB?
Answer	We provide retirees the ability to request an Annuity Rate Verification Letter, a Duplicate Tax Statement or a Replacement Medicare Card. Current and former railroad workers may request their Service and Compensation History Statement. We also provide current and former railroad workers the ability to view their railroad service and compensation statement, estimate their retirement annuity rate and apply for Unemployment Benefits. These three services require the use of a PIN/Password account.
Question	Who should I contact if an annuitant dies?
Answer	Contact the nearest field office. You must return any payments received after the date of death.

Question	Can I get my annuity estimate online?
Answer	Railroad workers who have not yet retired may obtain an estimate for themselves and their spouses.

If you file for any Social Security benefits or if there is a change in the amount of those benefits Working for any railroad employer Working in your last pre-retirement, non-railroad employment, including self-employment Changes in your employment earnings If you are receiving a disability annuity and your condition improves or your doctor tells you that you are able to work If you begin to receive worker�s compensation payments, or any other public benefit based on disability, or if the amount of your payments changes If there is a change in your marital status or a qualifying child leaves your care If you are imprisoned or confined for conviction of a felony If the employee or spouse dies If you are receiving an age and service annuity and became disabled before age 65 If you want to use direct deposit for your payments If there is a change in your mailing address
