The Document Unarchival template is used to change the status of solicitation from archived to active.

<UNARCHIVE>
<CBAC> *	User ID for the Office, Agency, or Location. Assigned by FBO System Administrator.	Up to 9 characters
<PASSWORD>*	Password. Assigned by FBO System Administrator.	Up to 20 characters
<SOLNBR> *	Existing reference number. All documents with this solicitation number will became active.	Up to 50 characters
<AWDNBR> *	Award reference number. Used for Award Document.	Up to 50 characters
<ARCHDATE>	The date when status of solicitation will be changed to inactive again.	MMDDYYYY
