- Plans and directs the business management activities of the
NIEHS resesarch contracts program.
- Participates with program officials in the planning, solicitation,
review, negotiation, award and administration of all NIEHS research
contracts.
- Provides expert advice to program staff and senior Institute
officials on all aspects of research contracting.
- Provides liaison with NIH and other federal agencies on matters
relating to development and application of contracting policies
and procedures.
