USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS)
APHIS is the lead USDA agency on animal health issues. The APHIS BSE toll free number to report high risk cattle is
1-866-536-7593. You will be connected to the Area Veterinarian in Charge and given instructions on how to proceed.

Federal Relay Service
The Federal Relay Service (FRS) was established under Public Law 100-542, of the Telecommunications Accessiblity Act of 1988. FRS provides Communication Assistants (CAs) who act as intermediaries for telecommunications between hearing individuals and individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, and/or have speech disabilities.
