In recognition of the 20th anniversary of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute, the Federal Labor Relations Authority will hold two-day training conferences addressing developments in the Federal labor-management relations program. The conferences will feature training sessions on the FLRA's recently revised regulations and their application. LOCATION AND DATES of the conferences are:

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? The conferences are designed for agency and union representatives who practice before the FLRA, and for persons providing dispute resolution services in the Federal sector.
REGISTRATION COSTS for each of the conferences will be $300, which will include luncheons with speakers. Registration materials will be going out to FLRA mailing lists in early March, and will be available on the FLRA's web site www.flra.gov.
