How to File a Complaint
ADA Mediation Program. Through this program, the Department refers appropriate ADA disputes to mediators at no cost to the parties. The mediators in the Department of Justice program are professional mediators who have been trained in the legal requirements of the ADA.
Many publications are provided at this site. Some that you can find are the text of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and its regulations. A variety of general topic and technical manuals can also be accessed.

The Children With Disabilities Web site offers families, service providers, and other interested individuals information about advocacy, education, employment, health, housing, recreation, technical assistance, and transportation. The site covers a broad array of developmental, physical, and emotional disabilities.
