An HIV resource center headquartered at Howard University in Washington, D.C. with additional sites at Historically Black Institutions. Offers a preceptorship program to train and educate health care providers who treat minority patients with HIV/AIDS.
Provides education and training resources for the regional AETCs to support their mission to offer timely, high quality, state-of-the-art information to healthcare professionals working with existing and emerging populations affected by HIV.
