Sparky the
Fire Prevention Dog greets children at the Shandiin Child Care
Center during National Fire Prevention Week. Sparky and Kirtland
AFB firefighters visited the child development centers, Sandia
Labs’ Shandiin Child Care Center, the Youth Center and Sandia
Base and Wherry elementary schools to promote awareness of fire
safety.
