Student Programs

Co-Operative Education Program (Co-Op)

    We hire college or university students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in science or engineering who wish to alternate semesters of work and study. For information about the Co-Op Program (also known as the Student Career Experience Program), see Contact Us About Employment, and select "Co-Op Program" from the dropdown list.

Summer Program

    We hire high school or college students who wish to work during the summer or during school vacations. For information about the Summer Program, see Contact Us About Employment, and select "Summer Employment" from the dropdown list.

Office of General Counsel Internship Program
    The Office of General Counsel periodically sponsors summer internships for students in law school. Internships during the school year may also be arranged. See the Office of General Counsel Internship Program page for more information on how to apply for the program. To apply for the Co-Operative Education Program, send resume and transcript to Co-Ops@nrc.gov. For summer or temporary positions, send resume and transcript to Summer-Emp@nrc.gov.
