The Warfighters Logistics Combat Support Agency

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is DoD's largest combat support agency, providing worldwide logistics support in both peacetime and wartime to the military services as well as several civilian agencies and foreign countries. Our bottom line is if America's forces eat it, wear it, maintain equipment with it, or burn it as fuel…DLA Probably provides it.

    Student Opportunities

    Our Summer Employment Program creates training and work opportunities for individuals who can work only during summer months. The work ranges from office support, trades and labor occupations to positions in professional fields. It provides training and work opportunities in a wide variety of positions. Our summer employments opportunities are generally announced in February/March and positions begin approximately mid-May and end September 30th.

    In addition to the Summer Employment Program, DLA supports the Student Temporary Employment Program (STEP), the Student Career Experience Program and STEP related programs such as the Stay-in-School program.
