Human Resources Links

The Directorate of Human Resources develops and issues Corps policy and guidance on employment, recruitment, benefits, and compensation management, providing advice and assistance to managers, employees, and Human Resources Offices throughout the Corps. The office has three divisions:
  • Human Resources Planning and Development Division establishes, directs, and maintains Corps programs in labor and employee relations, human resources development, and human resources program planning and evaluation
  • Employment and Compensation Management Division establishes, maintains, and directs the Corps' employment, compensation, and benefits program
  • Military Personnel Division handles the Military Personnel Management Program for the Office of the Chief of Engineers, Headquarters, and Corps subordinate commands to support the Chief of Engineers' missions to the Chief of Staff, Army, and as a MACOM commander.
