Tips for Teens
Being in the middle of a crisis is like being in a dark tunnel -- you know that there is a way out but you're not sure where it is. One of the things callers to our hotline discover is that they have options. There are many different ways to handle a situation. Sometimes what works for someone else will work for you. When you're in the middle of the tunnel, just having someone shine a light on an alternative idea can make all the difference. Check out some of our tips to see if there's an answer for you.
