The OCC's public information room provides immediate access to public OCC documents and publications. You can inspect and copy, or ask to have copied, materials such as enforcement actions, news releases, speeches, testimonies, Federal Register comment letters, OCC issuances, Community Reinvestment Act performance evaluations of national banks, and filings from the current year and previous year under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The public information room has full photocopying facilities. Copies are billed at $.20 per page.

The public information room also features full access to the OCC's Internet site. It is located in the lobby of the OCC's headquarters office located at 250 E Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. Requests can be faxed to 202-874-4448.

The public information room is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. each federal work day and is located in the lobby of the OCC's Washington headquarters at 250 E Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. The public information room staff can be reached by calling 202-874-5043.
