The TSP Service Office is the primary contact for participants who have left Federal service.  If you are currently employed, your primary contact for TSP information is your agency or service.  The Service Office also handles questions about loans, contribution allocations, interfund transfers, designations of beneficiaries, and withdrawals for all participants.  You can reach the Service Office by calling the ThriftLine.
