This bulletin calls attention to a final rule, published in the
Federal Register on August 19, 2004, that amends 12 CFR part 32
by extending the lending limits pilot program until June 11, 2007.
The final rule also expands the program to include certain agricultural loans.

This advisory letter highlights issues that should be considered by national banks that provide electronic consumer disclosures. The failure to provide such electronic disclosures in a proper manner can expose the bank to significant compliance, transaction, and reputation risk.
The OCC’s toll-free consumer complaint and
assistance lines are now open on Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central
Time, in addition to regular hours Monday through Thursday. . .
