NOAA Coastal Services Center: Funding OpportunitiesEach year the NOAA Coastal Services Center provides funding for special projects undertaken by state and local coastal resource management programs. These funds are available in the form of competitive grants and cooperative agreements. The Center, along with many other NOAA agencies, issues an annual omnibus notice that describes grant funding availability. The most recent notice was published in the Federal Register on June 30, 2004 (volume 69, number 125). Links to the Center’s portion of this funding announcement are provided in the table below. What Forms Are Required to Apply for Funding?All proposals submitted to the Center under NOAA's omnibus funding notice must include completed Grants Management Division paperwork. The specific forms needed are listed below. Please note that this guidance applies specifically to the Center's section of the Omnibus Notice and may not be applicable to other NOAA programs.
