  Privacy Act

The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 522a) requires each Federal Agency to publish a notice in the Federal Register for each system of records it maintains that are retrieved by an individual's name, Social Security number or other personal identifier. OTS's most recent systems notices were published in 60 Fed. Reg. 13770 (March 14, 1995) and 60 Fed. Reg. 64241 (December 14, 1995).
