With regular participation in a physical activity or sport, you can be an inspiration to friends and family by becoming a presidential award winner! 

Anyone six years-old or older can do it! And, you can earn a Family Fitness Award, for participating in a favorite sport or physical activity with your family.

To earn the award, participants keep their own logs noting each time they do their activity, until they have completed the individual requirements listed - usually at least 50 hours of activity.
