Explore new ways to share nutrition messages with Spanish speaking audiences by using the exciting new Spanish language Eat Smart. Play
Hard.TM materials -- posters, parent brochures, kids' activity sheets, and bookmark. The posters and activity sheets are bilingual: Spanish on one side and English on the other. The brochures and bookmark are Spanish only.
Here are some ideas on how to use the Spanish language materials:
- Use the posters to deliver language appropriate nutrition messages to students in an English as a Second Language class.
- Provide the brochures to adults in your waiting areas and use them as an enhancement to share culturally relevant nutrition messages in your nutrition education classes.
- Have fun using the kids’ activity sheets in your bi-lingual after-school programs or community education classes.
- Share the bookmarks at your next health fair or during a classroom story time.
