Access to TSP account information is only available by way of www.tsp.gov.  If you have already tried this link and still get this message, it is likely that the version of the browser you are using has a problem communicating with the TSP secure Web server. 

Click here to see if we have identified your browser version as one known to have difficulties accessing the TSP Account Access Web Site.  If this browser communication problem persists with your current browser, we recommend that you or your system administrator try the following options:

• downloading and installing a different "version/release" of your favorite Web browser, or
• downloading and installing a different type of Web browser (e.g., Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.), or
