AIR 21 Conference - The
Wendell H. Ford Aviation Investment Reform Act for the 21st Century (AIR
21) is a three-year reauthorization of the Federal Aviation Administration
and Airport Improvement Program. By unlocking the Aviation Trust
Fund, and without raising taxes, AIR 21 provides $40 billion to make our
skies safer, modernize air traffic control, reduce flight delays, and boost
airline competition.
