But first, we need to know who you are and what you'd like to do as part of the It All Adds Up initiative. So, please take just a moment (we promise that this will be painless!) to fill out our sign-up form by clicking on the link below.

If you are not ready to become a Community Partner, you may still request and receive It All Adds Up materials. On the signup page, there are four options for participation in the initative:

• become a Community Partner, with all the benefits of membership
• receive materials without making a commitment to participate as a Community Partner
• sign up for the Exchange
• receive our Quarterly newsletter

Once you've submitted the signup form to us online, you'll be entered into our national database of participating communities. You'll be contacted by a representative of the It All Adds Up initiative and we'll begin to provide you with more detailed information and resources so that you can get to work right away on implementing this initiative in your community.
