To view the "PDF" files Adobe Acrobat's Reader is required.
It is recommended that you use Acrobat Reader version 4 or higher.
CLICK the "Get Acrobat Reader" button to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To convert these PDF files to HTML for use with text-to-speech
devices, CLICK the "access.adobe.com" button.

If you have experienced problems opening a PDF file or if the
file size of the PDF file is large it is recommended
that you save the file directly to your computer's hard drive and
then open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Instructions on how to
save a file to your hard drive follow. |

- Right click on the link (a gray box will appear on your screen).
- Left click on "Save Link As..."
- Save the file on your computer's hard drive (usually drive C).
- Open the newly-saved file with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
