Over
280 Guests celebrated the 25th
Anniversary of the Foundation
at the New York Mandarin Hotel
on Tuesday night November 9th.
Jane Hanson, NBC News Anchor,
hosted the event. The program
included a short film on our 25th
Anniversary Ambassadors, Bara
Colodne & Adam Goodkind, the
unveiling of our new name, logo
and television public service
announcement by Board member Al
Kahn, and a memorable musical
performance by The Manhattan Rhythm
Kings. The event raised over $250,000
for NF research and public awareness.

STANDING ROOM ONLY AT 20TH ANNUAL NNFF
CLINICAL CARE SYMPOSIUM: A
record number of geneticists from throughout
the United States and abroad attended
the Foundation's 20th Annual Clinical
Care Symposium. These symposia have been
held as adjunct meetings to the annual
meeting of the American Society of Human
Genetics. Countries represented at this
year's Clinical Care Symposium, held in
Toronto, Canada, included Taiwan, Canada,
Australia, Poland, Israel, Belgium, the
United Kingdon, Germany, France, Spain,
Brazil, South Africa, Japan, Mexico, Chile,
Sweden, Norway, Italy, Korea, and the
United States.
