Guide for financial institutions to use to enroll recipients of Federal benefit payments for Direct Deposit through the ACH network. It can be used for these payments:  Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Railroad Retirement annuity and unemployment/sickness benefits, Veterans Affairs compensation and pension, and Civil Service retirement and survivor annuity.
