OCSC manages USA Services, one of the president’s Electronic Government (E-Gov) initiatives and the centerpiece of citizen-centered government. The Federal Citizen Information Center, through USA Services, is a resource for other federal agencies to assist them in responding to citizen requests for government information and services. Customized e-mail and telephone and publication distribution services are some of the options available.
