Access keys
Some browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the Web site. In the Windows environment, you can press ALT + an access key followed by ENTER ; in the Macintosh environment, you can press Control + an access key.
The home page and all archives define the following access keys:
- Access key 1
- Go to the home page
- Access key 2
- Skip over all navigation and go directly to page content
- Access key 3
- Skip over the site navigation to the current page (or section) navigation
- Access key 4 (Windows users: Do not hit ENTER when using this key)
- Go to the Search this Site page
- Access key 9
- Go to the Contact Us page
- Access key 0
- Go to the Accessibility Statement page (this page)

This site adheres to numerous standards for maximum compatibility and accessibility.
- All pages are fully compliant with Section 508, adhering to all guidelines of the U.S. Federal Government Section 508 Guidelines
- All pages validate as XHTML 1.0 Transitional
- All pages use fully validated cascading style sheets
- While this site makes no use of PDF, it may link to sites that do. For information on using PDF documents, visit Adobe's page on PDF accessibility
Visual design
This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout.
- Multiple style sheets are available including High Contrast, default and (coming soon) print. These may be accessed at the bottom of every page of the site
- All stylesheets use only relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers
- If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable
- Netscape 4.7x is partially supported. For best results, upgrade to a more recent browser or, if that is not an option, disable the use of JavaScript and style sheets in the preferences
