Our Mission:

Educate future senior leaders participating in the United States Army Command and General Staff College's resident and non-resident programs on principles and application of air and space power as well as strategic, operational, and tactical use of military force. Provide service support to the assigned Air Force students and permanent party personnel. Provide liaison between Army and Air Force Doctrine developers and between the Command and General Staff College and Air University.

CGSC Information Packages for CGSC Class 2004-05 to be sent out by 14 Apr 04 provided the Army CGSC select list is released.

CGSC is growing and changing.  The officer's course is moving to a concept called Intermediate Level Education (ILE) with student classrooms (called staff groups) taught by instructor teams.  The college will focus on the Army's operational career fields and the class size will likely increase from this year's 1184.

The CGSOC class beginning summer of 2003 will be the first complete class to go through the new system and the class will undoubtedly find many challenges and rewards as they charter new academic waters.
