Congressional Testimony

The House and Senate committees/subcommittees responsible for overseeing agency implementation of P.L. 106-107 have held hearings at which formal testimony is presented. The testimony may come from senior Federal managers, the Government Accountability Office, organizations representing grant recipients, and others.
