- Title 38, Code of Federal Regulations - The law which governs the Education Programs. This area has been moved or incorporated into the Web Automated Reference Materials System below.
- Web Automated Reference Materials System - Requires Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint viewers to view the data. Not a bad site even though you have to have a viewer to access the data.
